In March, you may remember Quest Effect ran an advertising campaign asking parents, grandparents and guardians what they valued in education sector security and facilities management.

Our objective was to find out exactly what families of children attending school expected from a security standpoint. So we put together a short, ten-question survey seeking their input on what school security features were important to them.

Out of everyone who responded, we picked one winner. That lucky person was Therese Milham.

So we invited Therese to stop by our head office in Hornsby to claim her prize. A $200 Gift Voucher to spend at China Doll – renowned pan-Asian restaurant located on Woolooomooloo’s Finger Wharf!

Our General Manager Brad Lees met with the winner to present her with the voucher, thanking her for her valuable input. Therese was absolutely thrilled with her prize.

“I never won anything before in my life – I couldn’t believe it!” She said.

Therese also reflecting on why she participated in the survey.

“My granddaughter attends school in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs. I think it’s important to recognise that school security is a very real concern for parents. We all want our children to be safe, particularly when they are away from the home.”

Speaking on behalf of Quest Effect, Brad commented on the idea behind the campaign:

“We’re always looking to improve what we do for our clients. And considering the number of educational institutions we currently service, we felt it was important to go straight to the source and talk to the parents about what they expect from a security perspective.”

“We know that for all our clients in the education sector, the safety and welfare of their students, staff and visitors is paramount. Through this campaign, we want to better help them achieve that.”
